Finals, Events and launching Zoning Chat NL

We are excited to announce that Struck has made it to the Finals for the Proptech Germany Award! The actual finals will be in September in Frankfurt. More to come on that soon but happy to recognize that the problem space we are working on, has no boundaries.

Secondly, this month is full of events, from the Real Estate Arena Show in Hannover, to Provada in the Netherlands to our event on July 4th with our Special guest Stjepan Mikulić.

Finally, for the Netherlands next to a technical library we now also have the zoning chat live to ask questions about all zoning plans. 

New to test: as a bonus the German, UK and Danish building code is now also in our library

Struck AI in Real Estate Event on July 4th

Together with the Dutch Contech and Proptech Association REBF, we are organizing a knowledge event about AI in the construction and real estate sector. This is the time to get inspired about the technology everyone is talking about right now. In addition, we're presenting 4 interesting concrete AI solutions applicable in construction and real estate, followed by a panel discussion with UNstudio.

New Zoning Chat Feature in NL

Our new Zoning Chat now allows you to ask questions about the Bestemmingsplan for any address in the Netherlands you have in mind, instead of having to spend time going through the rules.

All the things you want to know about a new site such as exceptions to the maximum height, what functions are permitted on the plot, or whether building an underground parking garage is allowed can be answered by our AI powered library.
